What happens after you pay
- You pay at checkout.
- Within a few minutes you receive an email with your download link, sent to the address you entered at checkout.
- You download the PDF and it is yours to keep.

Standard A4 PDFs. They open on any phone, tablet, laptop or e-reader. Print single-sided if you want to stick pages up.
If your link does not arrive
Check your spam or promotions folder, and the address you typed at checkout. If it is still not there, email us and we will send the files directly.
If a file will not open
Email us and we will replace it, for as long as you own the guide.
Updates
If we update the guide because safer sleep guidance has changed, we send the new version to everyone who has already bought it, free.
