✓Honest about what this is
A guide, not a sleep-training programme and not medical advice. It does not promise your baby will sleep through the night — no honest guide can. It draws on published guidance from the NHS, The Lullaby Trust, Basis and the American Academy of Pediatrics, with every source listed inside. None of them has reviewed or endorsed it.
What’s inside
Six parts. Read part one first.
Safer sleep

Reading sleepy cues, a simple bedtime routine, and the art of the transfer from your arms to the cot.

Before you buy
The questions we get most.
What age is it for?
Newborn to twelve months. The safer sleep chapter matters most in the first six months; normal sleep, routines and the hard nights carry through the first year.
Is this sleep training?
No. There is no method, no schedule and no crying plan. One chapter explains what sleep training is and what the evidence says, so you can make your own decision. The rest works either way.
I live in the EU. Does the advice apply to me?
Yes. The core safer sleep steps — on their back, in their own clear cot, in your room for the first six months, a room of 16–20°C — are the same advice health services give across Europe. In Ireland, the HSE publishes guidance that matches these steps. Emergency numbers in the guide are for the EU: 112 everywhere, and 999 also works in Ireland.
Where does the information come from?
Published guidance from the NHS, The Lullaby Trust, Basis (Baby Sleep Info Source), the American Academy of Pediatrics and ICON. Every source is listed on the last page with its website, along with the HSE for readers in Ireland. None of those organisations has reviewed or endorsed this guide.
What do I actually receive?
A PDF, sized A4, by email within a few minutes of paying. Read it on a phone, tablet or laptop, or print the pages you want on the wall. Nothing is posted, so there are no shipping costs or customs charges anywhere in the EU.
Can I get a refund?
Because this is an instant download, you confirm at checkout that it starts straight away, which ends the 14-day right of withdrawal — so we don’t refund change-of-mind purchases. If a file is faulty or won’t open, we replace it, and if we can’t fix it, we refund you.
Should I buy the Complete Set?
The guide is complete on its own — the Toolkit is not missing chapters. Take the set if you want the reference charts to hand, a 14-day log rather than a weekly one, and the pages for childcare, travel and splitting the nights between two parents.
