Digital downloads
Calm Nights guides are digital content delivered instantly by download.
Under EU consumer law, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once the download begins, if you asked for immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)). You give that consent in the cart before checkout, and it is recorded on your order.
For this reason, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once your order has been placed. Please read the product description and the "What's inside" section before buying.
Faulty or missing files
Your legal rights for faulty digital content are not affected. If a file will not open, is corrupted, or does not match its description, email us. We will replace it, and if we cannot fix the problem, we will refund you. There is no time limit on this.
Download link did not arrive
Check your spam or promotions folder and the email address you entered at checkout. If it is still missing, email us and we will send the files directly.
Updates
If we revise the guide because safer sleep guidance has changed, everyone who has bought it receives the new version free.
